This appetizer is our most famous specialty. A cheese mold with numerous
proprietary ingredients covered with strawberry preserves. The taste is
indescribably delicious. We have never met anyone who did not like it or who
could only sample it once. When you taste it, you will understand it's

This main course side dish is a recipe unique to Original's and goes
wonderfully with beef, ham, or chicken. Everyone comes back for seconds and

This is not just a dessert. This is a table full of chocolate indulgence. A
plentiful assortment of fruits, cookies, nuts, and pastries are either
dipped in or have been drizzled with sweet, smooth white, milk, or dark
chocolate. A chocolate fountain can be added so that your guests can dip
their desserts till their hearts content. |

You do not have to be Italian to enjoy this delicious appetizer featuring a
wide selection of cold and hot Italian delights. You can choose from
marinated vegetables (roasted peppers, mushrooms, egg plant and sun-dried
tomatoes), tomato and fresh mozzarella salad, Genoa salami, sopressatta,
capicola, prosciutto wrapped melon, provolone cheese, asiago cheese, ricotta
salade, stuffed artichokes with drawn butter and lemon, batter fried
calamari with spicy marinara sauce, steamed mussels in white wine, or many

This entree from our old family recipe is the real deal! To be authentic,
the old country (Italian) sauce has to be specially cooked all day long,
resulting in a wonderful tasting sauce without the normal tomato bite.
Whether with meat or without, you will not find lasagna that tastes this
good anywhere else. |

Plantation Caviar |

This hors d'oeuvre is a delectable blend of vegetables and various salsas,
served cold with corn chips, which whets the appetite. Your guests will not
have to hold back on this dish because, unlike real caviar, it does not
taste fishy, it is good for you, and it does not fill you up. |

Mango Salmon |

Fresh baked Alaskan salmon with a unique mango salsa served cold. It can be
an entree or an hors d'oeuvre. Either way, there are never any leftovers.

Herb-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin |

Some folks know this as filet mignon when it is cut before cooking. This
entree is cooked whole with special seasonings and sliced on-site at your
event. The special seasoning is not over-powering, it compliments the meat
flavor. No need for steak sauces. |
