Originals does not have preset menus.  We believe that our customers deserve better than that and here is why:

     Original’s is a customer caterer, not a portable restaurant.  We strive to give you what you want, not what we want to serve to you.  During our 12 years of catering, we have not encountered any two customers that wanted the same things.  So why should we force you to be like everyone else by making you pick from preset menus?

     Caterers that offer you a choice from preset menus, do so because they are normally bulk purchasing, mass produced food for the most economical price in order to maximize their profits and/or to compensate for their limited culinary expertise in the preparation of a wide variety of foods.  As a result, food quality and taste obviously suffer.

     Our philosophy on food is very simple.  We believe that food should not only look good, it should taste even better.  We know that in order for food to taste good, it must be purchased and prepared fresh.  The food for your event is purchased especially for your event one or two days before and is prepared fresh the day of your event.  We do not serve “rubber” chicken and dry meats that most people equate with catered food.  All our meats are tender and juicy even if cooked well done.  We are experienced in preparing real food that tastes excellent.
 

 Your event is a reflection of you and should be addressed as such. Since most customers initially do not know exactly what they really want, a menu for your event can be developed only by thoroughly discussing your event, needs, and desires along with our appropriate suggestions.
