Although all of our food is deliciously flavorful and freshly prepared like
our fruits, veggies, cheeses, and meats, there are some dishes which seem to
appeal to most of our customers. Below are just some of those dishes.

The Perfect Hors d'Oeuvre
This appetizer is our most popular dish and is the only dish that
we will sell separate from a catered event. We call it the
Perfect Hors d'Oeuvre because everyone likes it and it goes with anything from win,
beer, iced tea, or wedding punch. It is a special blend of cheese, nuts,
and numerous proprietary ingredients, covered with strawberry
preserves, and is best served with crackers. The taste is indescribable,
but no one can just taste it once. When you taste it, you will
understand it's appeal.

Mango Salsa Salmon
| |
Baked fresh salmon with a unique mango salsa served cold. It can be an
entree or an hors d'oeuvre. Either way, there are never any leftovers.
If you like salmon, it will be the best tasting salmon you have every had.

Herb-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin
| |
Some folks know this as filet mignon when it is cut before cooking.
This entree is cooked whole with special seasonings, and is either sliced
on-site at your event, or sliced and served at a caring station.
Unlike other caters that used commercially pre-cooked beef, this entree is
always tender and juicy even it cooked well done. The special
seasoning is not over-powering, it compliments the meat flavor. No
need for steak sauces.

Italian Potato Soufflé
| |
This main course side dish is a recipe unique to Originals and goes
wonderfully with beef, ham, turkey, or chicken. With a consistency
similar to mashed potatoes, the blend of other secret ingredients has
everyone wanting the recipe (not a chance!).

| |
Smashed Potato Bar
| |
Creamy mashed white potatoes and/or mashed sweet potatoes served in stemmed martini glasses. Guests can select toppings from sour cream, butter,
shredded cheddar, and green onions for the white potatoes, or candied pecan pieces, brown
sugar, butter, marshmallow fluff, and coconut for the sweet potatoes

| |
Caprese Salad
| |
This salad is a blend of fresh mozzarella cheese with either fresh tomatoes
or roasted sweet peppers marinated in extra virgin olive oil and herbs, and
served with bruchetta.

Authentic Old Country Lasagna
| |
This entree from our old family recipe is the real deal! To be authentic, the old country “Italian Gravy” (known by most as Italian red
sauce) has to be specially cooked all day long, resulting in a wonderful tasting sauce without the normal tomato bite or the common
indigestion. Whether with meat or without, you will not find lasagna that tastes this good anywhere else.

Brie
| |
Our first brie customer favorite is a wheel of brie sliced with freshly
sliced granny smith apples that is drizzled with our brown sugar and walnut glaze (pictured).
Our second brie customer favorite is a wheel of brie
smothered with fig preserves, wrapped in pastry dough, baked until bubbly and golden brown
then drizzled with honey and almonds. The baked brie is served with freshly sliced granny smith apples (not pictured).
